This review is basically about 'Jordi' - a representative of Sofitel Sipopo that goes above and beyond, to accommodate the needs and requirements of his guests. The hotel itself felt clean, safe, modern and comfortable. But Jordi stood out as an example of extraordinary customer service. He changed my room for me because I wanted a different view - not only did he change it, he took me around several available rooms to give me a choice. He remembered my name, the name of our guests - their room numbers. It was really impressive. And to finish off, his personality shone. What a lovely, lovely guy!
